Dr Joven Jebio Ongole
Specialist Family Physician
A highly experienced Specialist Family Physician. Previously, the Head Clinical Unit, with over 18 years of service, at the Piet Retief Hospital Clinical Learning Centre, University of Pretoria. In addition to his clinical duties, he was a Senior Lecturer in Family Medicine. Dr. Ongole holds an MBChB from Makerere University Medical School, an MMed in Family Medicine from the University of Pretoria, and is a Fellow of the College of Family Physicians (FCFP). His extensive qualifications include a Diploma in HIV Medicine from CMSA, an MSc in Epidemiology & Biostatistics from Wits University, and certificates in Advanced Health Management from FPD/Yale University and Cancer Care from Stellenbosch University.

Bongiwe Precious Madinda
Medical Office Assistant
Bongiwe Madinda brings a wealth of experience from her diverse roles to the medical office team. She previously served as a Customer Service Representative at iSON Xperiences and as a Management Assistant at Together Edu Tourism Pvt Ltd. Her background includes a significant internship as a Personal Assistant for the Department of Health, where she supported the Sarah Baartman District Manager. With a diploma in Management Assistance from Port Elizabeth College, Bongiwe excels in administrative support, customer service, and efficient office management, making her a valuable asset to the healthcare environment.

Antoinette Cannon
Medical Information Assistant
With extensive healthcare administration experience, Antoinette Cannon steps into the role of MTO, poised to drive innovation in our practice. Her career trajectory includes key positions such as Regional M&E Officer at Right to Care and Acting Information Manager for the Makana Sub-District Department of Health. Antoinette's expertise spans health information systems, data management, and strategic planning. Holding a Management Assistant Diploma from Eastcape Midlands College, she has consistently demonstrated her ability to navigate complex healthcare environments. Antoinette's proven track record in project management and her commitment to leveraging information technology for improved healthcare outcomes make her an ideal fit for leading our practice.
